Great location if you're going to any of the events at the halls or stadium. Breakfast was brilliant, great selection of cold and hot food, and coffee brought to the table. Staff were polite and helpful, looked after bags and helped us book taxis. Decent soundproofing - we accidentally ended up there on the night of a big football match but still had a sound sleep despite all the noisy fans leaving the match late.

Super friendly, highly professional and helpful front desk staff, of a much higher quality than average in Europe. They could easily be the front desk staff in 5 star hotels in Hong Kong. I was very impressed. I’ve worked in hotels in my past in Asia and Hong Kong so I know what I’m talking about.

Location is key. The hotel was right next to the Westfalenhalle, Signal Iduna Park and Westfalenpark. There are tram stops close by that take 10 minutes to get into the city. The hotel was very clean, staff very professional and facilities were very good. Breakfast was nice with a mix of cooked breakfast, ham and cheeses, bread, yogurts fruit and cereal.

The positioning of the Hotel was amazing. It's placed so close to the Stadium. I loved it. And even if it has 4 stars, I still felt it was really luxurous. Really rich vibe when I walked around in these clean and shiny halls. Really a great place to come back.

location for the Signal Iduna Park was absolutely perfect - literally 2-3 mins walk to the turnstiles for away fans. Metro stations close by and Local Rail station into Dortmund main train station

Very nice hotel close to Expo Dortmund. Free parking available. Our room was spacious, very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast. Next to the hotel is metro station, good connection to the city centre.

I love BvB so it was amazing being so close to the stadium. Staff were very friendly and everyone really loved our dog.
